Delete your account

1. In the app

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Poker Range Calculator and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the gear on your profile).
3. Tap Delete account, read what goes with it, and confirm.

Android

1. Open Poker Range Calculator and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the gear on your profile).
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete account.

The account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out.

2. Without the app

Email pokerrangecalculator@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us your username so we can find it. If we can’t tell that the account is yours, we will ask one question to check before we delete anything. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

3. What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, phone number, password and sign-in links to Apple or Google. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke our access.
• Your public profile, username and avatar, and your web profile link.
• Your follows, followers, blocks, friend streaks, friend quests, nudges and notifications.
• Your activity feed posts and likes, and your league history.
• Your Learn progress: lessons, XP, streak, Elo, gems, quests and achievements.
• Your coach conversations, coach usage and any coach credits left.
• Reports you filed, and reports about you.

Your chart settings live only on your phone. Deleting the account does not touch them; deleting the app does.

4. What we keep

• Purchase records. A record of each Pro purchase stays, detached from your account, because Apple or Google may still be billing you and we need it for tax and accounting. If you sign in again later and restore the purchase, it attaches to your new account.
• Usage analytics already sent to PostHog are not removed automatically. Ask in your email and we will delete them too.
• Emails you sent us, for as long as they are useful for support.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Only Apple or Google can cancel it.
